WwB (What would be...) A good plant recommendation?
Miscanthus hybrid Sentinel
Common name: Sentinel Maiden Grass
Any of you old enough to remember when Pampas Grass first came on the scene? Everybody was so excited about those graceful, feathery plumes- BUT, “OH, the INVASIVE SPECIES....”Recapture the excitement, with our own ornamental grass created right here at Waterwise Botanicals... ‘Sentinel’ is an evergreen, upright, graceful grass with soft plumes (or tassels) produced most of the year-round. Up to 5’, so it makes a great screen, or accent on slopes. SEED STERILE! Drought-tolerant when established, but can grow with “feet” in stand-ing water. Hardy to subzero, but will go deciduous in mid-to-low teens.
Don't forget to ask about the "Certified Label Program," when picking up new plants.
